The Chinese Embassy in the Philippines will provide appointment-free visa application services starting from 18 December 2023. 

Visa applicants can log on to the China Online Visa Application (COVA) at https://cova.mfa.gov.cn to fill in the form. After that, applicants shall visit the Consular Section of the Embassy (open time 9:00-11:00am, closed on weekends and holidays) to submit physical visa application documents. A surge of applicants may cause prolonged waiting time at the initial period of appointment-free arrangement. Applicants are recommended to arrange their time for submission according to their travel schedule. Upon entering the Consular Section Hall, please follow the instructions of the staff for security screening and queue number pickup.
